Welcome to Chef Daniel Lubin’s Private Chef Services ("I," "me," or "my"). These Terms of Service outline the conditions for using my website and the services I provide. By accessing my website or booking my services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

I provide private chef services, including customized menu planning, meal preparation, and in-home dining experiences. All services are tailored to meet your specific dietary preferences and requirements.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

Advance Booking Requirement: Clients must book my services at least 14 days in advance.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This deposit ensures that another client cannot book me for the same date and time.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

14 to 8 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your booking between 14 and 8 days before the event, I will refund 50% of your initial deposit.
Within 7 Days of the Event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. This policy is necessary as short-notice cancellations prevent me from booking another client to fill the time slot and cause a significant financial loss for my business.
Rescheduling: I will do my best to work with you to reschedule your booking, but I cannot guarantee availability for a new date.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful dining experience, you agree to:

Provide access to a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Supply functional appliances, including a stovetop, oven, and refrigerator.
Notify me of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the service.

5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

I make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, but I cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or food sensitivities if you fail to provide accurate information in advance.

6. Liability

I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. However, I am not liable for damages, injuries, or illnesses caused by circumstances outside my control.
You are responsible for any damages to equipment or property that I provide during the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on my website, including recipes, images, and written materials, is my property and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without my prior written consent.

8. Privacy

9. Dispute Resolution
